1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Color Sudoku Duels ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Subject to these Terms and the End User License Agreement, Ron Yahav ("Developer") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Color Sudoku Duels on Apple devices that you own or control. The App is licensed, not sold.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Color Sudoku Duels for personal entertainment and puzzle solving. You agree not to:

4. Puzzles and Gameplay

Color Sudoku Duels generates puzzles on the device and checks them for a unique solution and selected difficulty. The Developer does not guarantee that every puzzle will feel equally difficult to every player.

Hints, conflict feedback, notes, timers, remaining counts, and other gameplay tools are provided to support play. They are not a guarantee of any particular result, completion time, or score.

5. Online Duel and Scores

Important: Online Duel and global leaderboards rely on Apple's Game Center service, internet connectivity, and another available player.

Online Duel uses Game Center for matchmaking, player identity, gameplay transport, and scores. Availability, latency, uninterrupted matches, and score display are not guaranteed.

6. Demo and Lifetime Access

The App includes a three-day demo that begins on first launch. The demo is not a subscription, does not renew, and does not create an automatic charge. After the demo ends, gameplay requires the Lifetime Access non-consumable in-app purchase. The price shown by the App Store at purchase controls and may vary by country or region.

Purchases are processed by Apple and validated through RevenueCat. Restore Purchase can recover Lifetime Access for the same Apple Account, subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple under applicable App Store policies.

7. Availability and Updates

The Developer may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The App may be affected by device compatibility, operating system changes, available storage, or other conditions outside the Developer's control.

8. Intellectual Property

Color Sudoku Duels and its software, visual design, graphics, and documentation are the property of Ron Yahav and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Color Sudoku Duels name and branding may not be used without prior written permission.

Apple, Game Center, iOS, iPhone, iPad, and the App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Color Sudoku Duels is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE OR OPERATING SYSTEM VERSION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, SCORES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so parts of these sections may not apply to you.

11. Termination

Your rights under these Terms end automatically if you materially breach them. When the license ends, you must stop using the App and delete copies in your possession.

12. Third-Party Services

Game Center and App Store distribution are Apple services governed by Apple's terms and privacy practices. RevenueCat provides purchase and entitlement management. The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or developer-operated matchmaking service.

13. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You and the Developer acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. After you accept these Terms, Apple may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
