1. Who We Are
Color Sudoku Duels ("the App") is developed and distributed by Ron Yahav ("we", "us", or "our") at ronyahav.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@ronyahav.com.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
The developer does not collect or retain:
- Your name, email address, or other personal identifiers
- Game Center credentials or account information
- Usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry sent to the developer
- Location data
- Device identifiers or IP addresses
- Advertising data or tracking information
- Your solo puzzle moves, completion times, or gameplay history
3. Local Storage
The App uses local device storage to save solo puzzles, preferences, and the demo start date. This data is not sent to the developer. Deleting the App may remove it.
4. Game Center
Online Duel and global leaderboards use Apple's Game Center. The App sends puzzle data, progress counts, match results, and completion times through GameKit and displays matched players' Game Center names.
Apple, not the developer, operates Game Center and may process identity, matchmaking, gameplay content, and scores under Apple's Privacy Policy and your Game Center settings. The developer does not run a multiplayer server or retain copies of this data outside Game Center.
5. Purchases and RevenueCat
Lifetime Access is purchased through Apple's App Store. The App uses RevenueCat to retrieve product information, validate whether the lifetime entitlement is active, and provide purchase reporting. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, purchase receipts or transaction information, product identifiers, entitlement status, device and app version information, and related diagnostic data needed to provide purchase services. The developer does not receive your full payment-card details.
6. Third-Party Services
The App contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Game Center provides online gameplay, and RevenueCat provides purchase and entitlement management.
7. Apple App Store Distribution
Color Sudoku Duels is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may process download, transaction, diagnostic, or device information according to its own privacy policy.
8. Children's Privacy
Color Sudoku Duels is a logic puzzle intended for a general audience. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. Game Center access is governed by Apple account and parental-control settings.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App or its data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest revision. Material changes will be described in the App Store update notes or within the App when appropriate.
