End User License Agreement

Effective date: August 23, 2026 · App version: 1.0 and later

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Ron Yahav ("Licensor") for Color Sudoku Duels ("Application"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to this EULA.

1. Acknowledgement

You and the Licensor acknowledge that this EULA is between you and the Licensor only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for the Application and its content.

2. Scope of License

The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, modify, or create derivative works of the Application except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Demo and In-App Purchase

The Application includes a three-day demo that does not renew or charge automatically. Continued gameplay after the demo requires a one-time Lifetime Access non-consumable purchase processed by Apple and validated through RevenueCat. Restore Purchase is available for eligible prior purchases associated with the same Apple Account.

4. Maintenance and Support

The Licensor is responsible for maintenance and support services for the Application as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Application.

5. Warranty

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

If the Application fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the Application.

6. Product Claims

The Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the Application or your use of it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection or privacy claims.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

If a third party claims that the Application or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights, the Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and resolving that claim.

8. Legal Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as a country that supports terrorism, and that you are not listed on a United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Third-Party Terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Application, including the terms that apply to your device, operating system, and App Store account.

10. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You and the Licensor acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. After you accept this EULA, Apple may enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, SCORES, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

12. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Licensor resides, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer law in your location requires otherwise.
