Terms of Use
1. License
The app is licensed through Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms supplement that agreement for the app's services and do not replace mandatory consumer rights or Apple's applicable license terms.
2. Self-help and AI limitations
The app supports personal reflection, urge management, and recording cannabis-related behavior. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency care. Progress displays rely on information you enter and are not clinical measurements. No result, including quitting or reducing cannabis use, is guaranteed.
AI replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Consider them critically before acting. No person monitors conversations or responds to emergencies through the app. Seek qualified professional help for medical or mental health concerns. Contact local emergency services if you may be in immediate danger.
3. Availability
Tracking and urge support require iOS 17 or later. Local AI chat additionally requires iOS 26 or later, eligible hardware, and Apple Intelligence enabled with an available model. Availability may depend on system language, region, device settings, or Apple's services. The app has no cloud AI fallback.
4. Purchases and cancellation
Optional Premium access is offered through Apple's in-app purchase system. The purchase screen shows the current features, price, billing period, and any eligible offer before you confirm. Premium currently includes full cycle history and reminders for selected times.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app or its local data does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies and your statutory rights.
5. Your content and local storage
You retain rights to the records and messages you enter. The app processes that content to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the information you enter and for maintaining any backups you need. Removing local data or losing a device can make records unavailable.
6. Acceptable use and ownership
Use the app lawfully. Do not redistribute, resell, or interfere with the app, purchase validation, or platform security. Restrictions on modification and reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and the applicable Apple license.
The software, branding, and original app materials are owned by Ron Yahav or their respective licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you.
7. Third-party services
Apple and RevenueCat provide purchase-related services under their own terms and privacy policies. Apple provides the system capabilities used for local AI. Those services and system capabilities may change independently of the app.
8. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular outcome. The limitations and warranty provisions of Apple's Standard EULA apply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Updates and ending use
We may update the app and these terms to reflect changes in features or applicable requirements. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. You can stop using and delete the app at any time; manage any ongoing subscription separately through Apple. License termination is governed by the applicable EULA.
10. Apple as third-party beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary. The developer, rather than Apple, is responsible for the app and its support, subject to Apple's applicable agreements.
11. Applicable law and contact
The governing-law provisions of Apple's Standard EULA apply to the license, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
