4. Breath Control Technology

The "blow-to-play" feature requires microphone access. By using this feature, you acknowledge that performance may vary based on your device's hardware and environment. We are not responsible for any physical strain or issues arising from the use of breath-controlled features.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ron Yahav shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.
