Standard EULA

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Ron Yahav regarding your use of the Melodica Air application.

1. Scope of License

Ron Yahav grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Melodica Air on any Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not distribute or make Melodica Air available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the application.

3. Termination

The license is effective until terminated by you or Ron Yahav. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license.

4. Consent to Use of Data

As specified in our Privacy Policy, Melodica Air does not collect any personal data. Any diagnostic or anonymous performance data provided by Apple via App Store Connect is handled according to Apple's privacy policy.

5. No Warranty

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MELODICA AIR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RON YAHAV BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED APPLICATION.

7. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
